K-1 Beast 2004 Line-up Update
June 26, 2004 Shizuoka Convention and Arts Center (Granship) Shizuoka, Japan
K-1 released a few more bouts for their June 26th event, K-1 Beast. K-1 MMA Brazil single fight winner Vitor "Vitinho" Miranda will battle K-1 veteran Great Kusatsu. Also, 2003 K-1 Beast veteran Ryo Takigawa will face Team Dragon Kickboxing member Tsutomu Takahagi. The event will feature an eight-man tournament with the winner gaining the right to participate in the opening round of the K-1 World Grand Prix tournament to be held in September in Japan.
All bouts three rounds (three minutes each round) with all tournament bouts having a one round overtime if needed except the final which will have a two round overtime (all other bouts have a two round overtime if needed as well).
