Pancrase gave a sneak peek at their August 22nd (2004) event by releasing two bouts for the card. First, the

number one ranked heavyweight Tsuyoshi Ozawa will face the number five ranked super heavyweight

Sehaku in heavyweight action. Also, Daisuke Hanazawa13 moves up to the middleweight ranks to face 

Shooto veteran The Great Naniwa.

All bouts two rounds (five minutes each round) unless noted.
