to stay down and at the count of nine, it looked like Barboza was going to try and get up (causing his corner

to throw in the towel but it got stuck on a rope) but he didn't and was counted out.

body (up at the count of seven but complained he was hit in the back). The fight resumed and after a brief

exchange, Corley downed to a knee from another left to the body (up at the count of seven). In the eighth

round, Corley downed to a knee from a right to the body (up at the count of five but was complaining). The

fight resumed and after a brief exchange, Corley downed to a knee from a grazing left to the body (up at the

count of eight). The fight resumed and after another brief exchange, Corley slipped and fell to a knee avoiding

a punch and the ref took the opportunity to finally stop the bout.

 

Super Welterweight Bout (4 Rds)

Oscar Medina (20-5-2, 7 KOs) wins a unanimous decision over Diego Ledesma (13-6,1 KO) - Judges

scored the bout 38-37, 39-36, 38.5-37 for Medina. In the first round, Ledesma downed with a right (up at the
