bout 59-55 Parison, 58-56 Mendez, 58-56 Parison.

 

NABO Jr. Lightweight Title Bout (10 Rds)

Eloy Perez (22-0-2, 6 KOs) wins by KO at :56 of the second round over Daniel Jimenez (20-4-1, 12 KOs)

In the first round, Jimenez downed with a short right hook (up at the count of three). The fight resumed and

after a few exchanges, Jimenez downed again - this time from a left hook (up right away). In the second

round, Perez tagged Jimenez with a short left that sent Jimenez down in-between the ropes and the ref

quickly jumped in and stopped the bout. Perez retains title.

 

Cruiserweight Bout (4 Rds)

Anthony Johnson (5-0, 1 KO) wins a majority decision over Joe Gumina (2-1, 2 KOs) - Judges scored

the bout 39-37, 39-37, 38-38 for Johnson

 

Middleweight Bout (4 Rds)

Rudy Puga (1-0, 1 KO) wins by TKO at 1:27 of the fourth round over Raul Talamantes (0-5)

In the fourth round, Talamantes was receiving punishment against the ropes and the ref had seen enough

and stopped the bout to the dismay of Talamantes.

 

Welterweight Bout (4 Rds)

Jonathan Chicas (3-0, 2 KOs) wins by TKO at 2:45 of the third round over David Kamara (4-3)

Towards the end of the third round, Chicas had Kamara against the ropes - hammering him with shots as

Kamara just covered up (20 unanswered punches) and the ref had seen enough and stopped the bout to the

dismay of Kamara.
