Welterweight Bout (8 Rds)

Aaron Martinez (15-1, 3 KOs) wins a technical decision over Joseph Elegele (12-1, 10 KOs) - Judges

scored the bout 76-75, 77-74, 77-74 for Martinez. At the end of the first round, Elegele downed with a short

right hook followed by a right uppercut and a few more shots (got up to end the round but very wobbly). In

the eighth round, Martinez suffered a bad gash across his forehead due to an accidental clash of heads - the

doctor took a look at the cut and decided to stop the bout at 1:41 - the fight would go to the score cards.


Middleweight Bout (4 Rds)

Kurtiss Colvin (6-0, 5 KOs) wins by TKO at 1:24 of the third round over Cleven Ishe (3-1, 1 KO)

In the third round, Ishe downed with a right hook (up right away) - the fight continued and Colvin went after

Ishe, peppering him with punches and eventually staggering Ishe with an overhand right and the ref stepped

in and stopped the bout.


Super Middleweight Bout (10 Rds)

Anthony Dirrell (23-0, 20 KOs) wins by KO at 1:44 of the second round over Kevin Engel (18-5, 15 KOs)

In the second round, Engel got nailed with a left below the belt and went to a knee - the ref didn't see the low

blow and counted it as a knock down - he started the eight count and Engel couldn't get up and was counted



Middleweight Bout (4 Rds)

Dushane Crooks (2-0, 1 KO) wins a unanimous decision over Greg Baca (0-1) - Judges scored the bout

39-35, 39-35, 39-35 for Crooks. In the first round, Baca went down to a knee briefly from a right hook and

got an eight count. In the fourth round, Baca penalized a point for spitting out the mouthpiece.
