FightZone TV Welcomes Two New Promoter Partners

FightZone TV, the largest Independent Distributor of nationally televised MMA Events, has announced the

signing of two new Promoter Partners, Championship Fighting Alliance (CFA), Florida and Battlefield Fight

League (BFL) from Vancouver, BC.

Championship Fighting Alliance is a leading mixed martial arts promotions company in the South Florida

marketplace with Promoters Jorge de la Noval (CEO) and Dr. Lazaro C. Fernández (President) presenting

a great fighting card while at the same promoting local talent.

CFA has been in the mixed martial arts industry for over 15 years ensuring a professional and regulated

MMA environment that focuses on the safety and well being of event participants.

Their next event "The Title" will be held on Friday, May 6th, 2011 at The FIU US Century Bank Arena in

Miami at 7:00pm.

Weigh-ins will be held Thursday, May 5th at Buffalo Wild Wings in The Dolphin Mall ~ 5:00pm.

The card features Luis Palomino (15-6-0) vs Pete Grimes (9-6-0) (Featherweight Championship Belt). John

With all the excitement and publicity surrounding the UFC Fan Expo and Event in Toronto, that doesn't

mean the other end of the country isn't also enthused about MMA.

FightZone TV recently signed an agreement with Battlefield Fight League in Vancouver, to air 4 Major events

in 2011. Promoter, Jay Golshani, has built a solid reputation for delivering quality matchmaking and high

production values which FightZone TV's American viewers will soon get to see.

BFL is also aired on the Fight Network and Check TV in Canada.

The recently held, BFL 7 is already being edited for airing, while BFL8 "Island Beatdown" will take place on

Saturday May 28th, 2011 at the Frank Crane Arena in Nanaimo, B.C. The main event will be Denis Kang vs.

American Jesse Taylor as well as featuring the pro-debuts of a pair of reigning amateur champions in

featherweight Gurdarshan "Saint Lion" Mangat (0-0, 7-2 AM) and welterweight Jacen Brooks (0-0, 5-0 AM).
