The day of reckoning is rapidly approaching as Warrior One MMA will be LIVE at the Robert Guertin Arena

on March 28th for W1: INCEPTION. The highly anticipated main event between MMA legend CARLOS ‘THE

RONIN’ NEWTON and NABIL ‘THE THRILL’ KHATIB continues to generate buzz throughout the MMA

world. This fight was recently listed on Sherdog.com (the most popular MMA site in the world) as one of

March’s top ten fights to watch; in the world!!

In addition to this historic main event, MARK ‘BOOTS’ HOLST will now put aside the past two months of

opponent changes and will once again be scheduled to face his original opponent; striker MARTIN ‘THE

HAMMER’ GRANDMONT in a lightweight slugfest.

spectacular fighters who love to bang. There seems to be a genuine dislike between the camps and for year

they’ve both heard arguments about who is the better striker. Finally they’ll get the opportunity to put an end

Due to an injury to his original opponent, former CFL and WWE superstar GLENN ‘THE KULKSTER’

KULKA will now be facing Amherst, NS native JOSH STRICKLAND. Kulka continues to train extremely

hard to quickly dispatch of his opponent but Strickland looks to humble the Kulkster in front of his fans.

 

“Glenn continues to show how he is one of the best all-around athletes the country has ever produced,” said

W1 Matchmaker Alex Caporicci. “For him to play junior hockey, be a CFL star, a pro wrestler and now a
